Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We may remove User Content at our discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration on an individual basis.

You waive any right to:

  • A jury trial;

  • Participation in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding.

Arbitration shall be conducted in California under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.

22. Force Majeure 

Soriage LLC is not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, supply-chain disruptions, labor disputes, war, terrorism, government actions, or carrier delays.

23. Severability & Survival 

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, arbitration, and governing law shall survive termination of this Agreement.
